Continuing Education / CPD
The simplest way for our New Zealand and Australian AIFs to complete the required 6 hours of continuing education is by watching some of the podcasts from the fi360 Annual Conference. To do this you can log in to the Designee Portal on the www.fi360.com website:
Go to www.fi360.com
Click Login on menu on left hand side and choose the ‘Designee Portal'.
Enter your email address and password (if you have forgotten the password you were issued with there is a link to reset it)
Once in the designee portal choose the link next to the first bullet point ‘Fulfill your online continuting education requirements'.
Choose ‘Recordings from the 2009 Conference' and decide what modules you wish to listen to (you can do this at your leisure - each session is an hour in length). There are also some interesting webinars which can also be accessed from the online CE page.
Make a note of which sessions you have listened to and when you have completed the total requirement you can click on the ‘Submit CE Completion Form' icon on the 2009 Conference Recordings page and complete this on line with the information requested and simply press submit and your CE will be recorded on the main database in Pittsburgh.
Please Note: any other training that you have undertaken during the year which you feel is complimentary to the AIF® designation can be counted towards your CE (2 hours maximum).
